The Master in Engineering Sciences with a mention in Industrial Engineering (Magíster en Ciencias de la Ingeniería mención Ingeniería Industrial - MCII-, in Spanish) at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile is an academic program, with in-person courses held in the  daytime which are aimed to contribute to the national and international development, incorporating Operation Management and Organization Management specialists to the community, who can work on scientific-technological research relevant to the industrial engineering discipline, while also respecting the environment and people.

The Program was created according to Exempt No. 3631 of August 10, 1997. It depends on the Faculty of Engineering and is administered by the Industrial Engineering Department. It is currently under the General Regulations for Graduate Studies of Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Exempt N ° 1290 of April 6, 2015 , its Internal Regulations, Exempt N ° 5133 of September 4, 2018 and its study program, Exempt No. 4505 of August 8, 2018 .

The program has been accredited by the National Accreditation Commission (CNA-Chile) for 5 years, from 05/06/2020 to 05/06/2025.
